Do you need to lose weight before your wedding?

Or do you just need to tone up for your big day so you look fabulous in your dress and hot on the beach in that new bikini on your honeymoon? Well I have been reviewing programs aimed at delivering quick results for pre- wedding weight loss and have been very upset and disappointed with the quality of programs available online.

Beware! Many of these programs are targeting women who are getting married and are desperate to lose weight quickly. They claim to be able to guarantee huge results with little effort in a very short time. Hmmm? Remember, if it sounds too good to be true…it is! Healthy weight loss is a slow process, and you want to look healthy on your big day.

So then it dawned on me. I shouldn’t be focusing on finding you a program specific to brides when there are some really good high quality programs available from respected fitness professionals that target healthy weight loss for women in general. Then the second light bulb went on and I thought, why not focus on what I myself am doing for healthy weight loss.

While researching numerous fitness and weight loss programs, I was reading my husband’s Men’s Health magazine (yes I read every issue) and came across an article by Craig Ballantyne, a regular writer and fitness expert. According to him, cardio is not the way to go for serious weight loss. Confused but intrigued, I started researching his products and am very impressed. This guy knows his stuff.
